sweetgreen, Montose, Houston, TX / Completed September 2019

Houston’s first sweetgreen is modeled after an artists workshop. The space becomes an atelier and gallery that highlights sweetgreen’s passion for food and celebrates the local scene, with the backdrop of an open feature kitchen. Through an artist’s lens, utilitarian furnishings and tools are re-imagined for sweetgreen in a place for experimenting, creating, and sharing.
